The Avenue Program for young woman offers cultural seminars, individual mentoring, discussion forums and hands-on activities, as well as interactive career and skills development presentations.
The Avenue meets on the third Saturday of each month, September through May, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. Units I & II meet at Highland Study Center and Units III & IV meet at Murray Hill Place, 243 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10016.

Art of Living
The Art of Living or Living Essentials
is a comprehensive program to
discover the beauty and power of the work of the home.
Designed to equip high school girls with skills in culinary art, home health, fashion, and interior design, the program focuses on developing an eye for the needs of others. Offered as Unit IV of the Avenue Program and at other locations. It includes a weekend of competitions, seminars, cultural demonstrations and an opportunity to live the Art of Living.
